Cheesecake is delicate and needs to be sliced properly. To avoid cake from sticking to the knife, we recommend to use a hot knife (a sharp thin blade) for each cut. After each slice, dip your knife in hot water and wipe the blade with a towel.
Dip, Slice, Dry, Repeat. 
 
Cheesecake can be stored in the fridge for 5 days after the first slice. 
 
When transporting your cheesecake, be sure it is on a flat surface (not the seat). Please go directly to your destination and refrigerate immediately.
